Original Hot Yoga

90 minutes

Using a set sequence scientifically designed for optimal benefits, we’ll work toward healing injuries and chronic pain, while relieving stress and improving balance. You’ll quickly begin to feel the benefits of a peaceful mind and stronger body.

Bend Hot Yoga

60 minutes

For days when you’re short on time, this upbeat, yet grounded and peaceful sequence will leave you feeling strong, balanced, and ready to take on the rest of your day. This faster-paced class will give you a great cardio workout while improving strength and flexibility. Experienced teachers help you get the most from your practice, so that you see immediate and consistent results.

Bend Hot Flow

45 or 60 minutes

Explore some of your favorite postures in a new way, connect with your breath and movements, and get quick and consistent results in this faster-paced class. We’ll keep your attention focused with the fluid movement of your body, giving your mind a break. You’ll leave feeling energized, motivated, and strong.

 

Beyond Hot Yoga

60 or 90 minutes

This challenging and powerful class is a great way to stretch yourself and go deeper into your body and mind. We’ll get your body moving and explore new postures and sequences. It’s the perfect practice for those who want to take more responsibility for their own practice and harness more of their own physical strength and mental determination.

 

Gentle Bend

75 minutes

Find complete relaxation in this class focused on gentle movement and deep reflection. These sessions are the ideal starting point for beginners or a nice complement to your existing practice. We’ll target the joints, connective tissues, and fascia using passive, static postures held for 2-5 minutes - allowing you to create deep changes in the body. Gentle Bend will leave you feeling mentally relaxed, still, and blissed out.

Inferno HIIT

45 or 60 minutes

Get an incredible, low-impact workout based on the principles of Pilates and HIIT. We’ll focus on the foundations of these methods for any level of experience. You’ll strengthen your core and transform your body, all while having more fun than you’ve ever had during a workout. Best of all, you’ll see and feel results fast! This class is the ultimate mood and energy booster!

 

Inferno Hot Sculpt

45 or 60 minutes

Balance your body with targeted exercises using resistance bands and light hand weights for a purposeful, slow burn. We’ll increase your work time and decrease the rest time of your intervals, so that you can slow down the reps and use proper alignment for best results - while still getting a great cardiovascular workout.

 

Inferno Core

45 minutes

Feel the burn with this Mat Pilates class. We’ll work on slowing down the tempo of your practice while keeping the sweat and challenge you crave. Learn to move with intent while exploring your mobility and alignment. When focusing on your core, you strengthen and lengthen your body with a smile! Get ready to shake!
