  • All yoga practices use heat—whether through breath, movement, or external temperature—to enhance flexibility, focus, and transformation. Practicing in a hot room amplifies these benefits, creating a powerful and intentional experience.

    Benefits of Practicing in a Hot Room:

    • Increases Flexibility: Warmer muscles allow for deeper, safer stretching.

    • Enhances Circulation: Promotes blood flow and oxygen delivery to muscles.

    • Detoxifies the Body: Sweating helps release toxins and cleanse the skin.

    • Builds Mental Resilience: Strengthens focus, discipline, and endurance.

    • Boosts Cardiovascular Health: Elevates heart rate for a low-impact cardio effect.

    • Encourages Mindfulness: Heat demands presence, deep breathing, and inner awareness.

    The temperature in BB classes ranges from low 90s to 105. The heat is a wonderful tool, especially for beginners, to enhance your practice.

    • Original Hot Yoga and Bend Hot Yoga: 105

  • Whatever class fits your schedule! All levels of practitioners are welcome in all classes. You will work to your own ability.

  • Pre-registration is STRONGLY encouraged. Many of our classes sell out and pre-registration is the only way to guarantee your spot in class.

    If you see a waitlist, always add yourself, you have over a 90% chance of getting in!

    Please make sure to cancel yourself from class or remove yourself from the waitlist a minimum of 3 hours before the class start time if your plans change. We have a strict cancellation/no-show policy. If you do not cancel your class at least 3 hours before class starts, there is a $15 late cancel fee. If you do not attend a class you reserved a spot for, there is a $25 fee.

  • All new students must arrive 15 minutes prior to the class start time. This will ensure you have plenty of time to find the studio, park, change, and get settled in the hot room. Please make sure to check in at our front desk to complete your registration and to meet your teacher.

    Classes begin on time; once a class has started, the doors are locked, and we do not allow anyone else to enter. Please arrive on time!

    • a yoga mat (We do NOT rent yoga mats. If you do not have a mat, we have mats available for purchase in our boutique.)

    • a towel (bath or beach size)

    • a second towel if you plan to shower

    • water bottle (We have a filtered tap for you to fill your bottle.)

    • an open mind

  • Lightweight, fitted clothing that you feel comfortable sweating in. Women generally wear leggings or shorts with a tank or sport bra top. Men usually wear shorts, shirt optional.

  • It is best to practice on an empty stomach. We recommend eating 2-3 hours before practicing, but ultimately, you will find what works best for you.

  • First, remember hydration is cumulative - try to stay well hydrated throughout your day everyday rather than chugging water 2 hours before you come to class.

    A good rule to follow when it comes to hydration is to drink minimum ½ your body weight in ounces of water each day. For example, if you weigh 100lbs, then drinking 50 oz of water will keep you well hydrated.

  • As often as you can! Our class offerings act as a system, and students who practice a variety each week see the best results as each class will benefit you in different ways. Consistency and frequency are key in determining how you feel and how quickly you see results. We recommend practicing a minimum of 2-3 times per week. During your intro 4 weeks, try each of our classes and find what works best for you!
